Our tips for the freshest and longest lasting flowers

    1. Flowers can be picked anytime of the day, but last longer when picked in early morning or evening. Most flowers will last about 5-7 days, or even up to 10 days in fresh water.

    1. You will want to put your cut flowers in water as soon as possible after cutting. If you didn’t bring a bucket or vase to the patch, just get them in water as soon as you get home.

    1. When you take your flowers home, make a fresh cut, and put in clean vase with clean water, removing all foliage below the water line. Change water daily and keep the vase clean to keep flowers fresh longer.

  1. To be sure your vase is clean before and during use, it is a good idea to wash it with soap or run it through the dishwasher prior to use but only if it is dishwasher safe!
